- Express Shipping: $25.00 (1-2 days)
- International Shipping: We currently do not ship Internationally.
- Order Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Missing Packages:
- Media Luna is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. Make sure delivery location is safe for your package.
- If your package is missing, please contact the courier for proof of delivery. If still unresolved, contact us at customer@medialunasport.com.
- We cannot refund missing packages that were delivered to the address you provided.

Damaged Packages:
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage right away and get in touch with us at customer@medialunasport.com.
- Media Luna is not liable for any damage resulting from improper opening of the package.
